# Enable a webhook

POST https://api.jelliu.co/api/webhooks/{webhookId}/enable

Reactivates the endpoint: sets `is_active: true` and resets `disabled_reason`, `disabled_at` and
`consecutive_failures`. Use it after fixing an endpoint that was disabled automatically
(`consecutive_failures` or `gone`) or manually. The endpoint receives events from that point on; to
deliver events missed while it was disabled, use `POST /api/webhooks/{webhookId}/replay` (events
continue to be stored while an endpoint is disabled).

No body.

**Idempotency.** Safe to retry: enabling an active endpoint leaves it active and resets its counters.

**Access**

* **Required scope:** `full`. Human users need the owner or admin role.
* **Rate limit:** General API (120–600 requests/min per workspace, by plan) plus the configuration-mutations limit — 10 requests/min per workspace, shared with other configuration changes. See [Rate limits](/rate-limits).
* **Plan:** Requires an active subscription (`active`, `trialing` or `past_due`); without one the request is refused with `403 BILLING_ERROR` (`metadata.kind: subscription_required`). See [Billing and usage](/platform/billing-and-usage#without-an-active-subscription).

## Authentication

- `Authorization` header (bearer token, required) — Workspace API key: `jl_` followed by 64 lowercase hex characters, created by the workspace owner in the dashboard (**Settings → API Keys**) and sent as `Authorization: Bearer jl_...`. The plaintext is shown once, at creation; Jelliu stores only a SHA-256 hash. A workspace can hold up to 25 active keys. | Scope | GET / HEAD | POST / PUT / PATCH / DELETE | Admin-only routes | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | `read` | Yes | No | No | | `write` | Yes | Yes | No | | `full` | Yes | Yes | Yes | Operations restricted to admins or owners reject keys without the `full` scope with `403`, and say so in their description. No key, whatever its scope, can mint or revoke API keys or rotate a webhook secret — that requires a signed-in owner session. A revoked key stops authenticating within about 10 seconds. See [Authentication](/authentication).

## Request

### Path parameters

- `webhookId` (string, required) — UUID of the outbound webhook endpoint, returned as `id` by `GET /api/webhooks`. It must belong to the authenticated workspace; an id from another workspace, an unknown id or a value that is not a UUID answers `404`.

## Response

### 200

The endpoint, now active.

- `data` (Webhook, required) — An outbound webhook endpoint as returned by the API. The signing secret is never included; it is returned once by `POST /api/webhooks` (as an additional `secret` field) and by `rotate-secret`. Custom `headers` keep their names, but every value is `"[configured]"`. Members below admin (and API keys without the `full` scope) see only the origin of `url`.

## Errors

### 401 Unauthorized Error

No usable credential. Either the `Authorization` header is missing or is not a well-formed `Bearer jl_…` key, or the key is unknown, revoked or expired. Do not retry with the same key. See [Authentication](/authentication#401-unauthorized).

- `error` (ErrorResponseError, required) — The error object. Always has `code` and `message`.

### 403 Forbidden Error

Role below admin, an API key without the `full` scope, or a suspended workspace. Without an active subscription the request is refused with `BILLING_ERROR` and `metadata.kind` = `subscription_required`.

- `error` (ErrorResponseError, required) — The error object. Always has `code` and `message`.

### 404 Not Found Error

No webhook with this id in the workspace, it was deleted, or `webhookId` is not a UUID.

- `error` (ErrorResponseError, required) — The error object. Always has `code` and `message`.

### 429 Too Many Requests Error

The configuration-mutations limit (10/min) or the general API limit was exceeded.

- `error` (ErrorResponseError, required) — The error object. Always has `code` and `message`.

## Types

### Webhook

An outbound webhook endpoint as returned by the API.

- `id` (string, required) — Unique identifier of the endpoint. Use it as `webhookId` in the other webhook endpoints.
- `url` (string, required) — The delivery URL. Owners, admins and `full` API keys receive the complete URL; all other readers receive only its origin followed by `/…` (for example `https://hooks.inmobiliariaandina.co/…`), because paths and query strings often carry tokens.
- `description` (string, required, nullable) — Free-text label, up to 500 characters.
- `events` (list of string, required) — Subscribed event types. `"*"` covers every type that is not opt-in only; opt-in-only types are listed by name. A name the catalog no longer offers is retained if the endpoint already lists it.
- `filters` (WebhookFilters, required, nullable) — Delivery filters, or `null` when every subscribed event is delivered. See `WebhookFilters`.
- `headers` (map from string to enum, required) — Custom headers sent with every delivery: names only, each value is `"[configured]"`. Empty object when none are set. Sending `"[configured]"` back in a `PATCH` keeps the stored value.
  - Allowed values: `[configured]`
- `is_active` (boolean, required) — `false` after `POST /api/webhooks/{webhookId}/disable` or an automatic disable (see `disabled_reason`). An inactive endpoint receives nothing; events keep being stored for replay.
- `disabled_reason` (string, required, nullable) — Reason the endpoint is disabled, `null` while active: `consecutive_failures` (20 consecutive failed deliveries spanning at least 24 hours), `gone` (the endpoint returned `410 Gone` to an automatic delivery) or `manual` (disabled through the API or the dashboard). New values may be added.
- `disabled_at` (datetime, required, nullable) — When it was disabled, `null` while active.
- `consecutive_failures` (integer, required) — Consecutive deliveries that ended `failed` (all attempts of one delivery count once). Reset by a successful delivery and by `enable`. At 3, the workspace receives an in-app warning; at 20, spanning at least 24 hours, the endpoint is disabled. Tests, manual retries and replays do not change it.
- `last_delivery_status` (enum, required) — Status of the most recent delivery that was not canceled (`pending` also covers one being sent). `null` before the first one.
  - Allowed values: `succeeded`, `failed`, `pending`
- `last_delivery_at` (datetime, required, nullable) — When that delivery was last attempted (or created, if not attempted yet).
- `previous_secret_valid_until` (datetime, required, nullable) — After a rotation, the end of the 24-hour period during which the previous secret also signs deliveries. `null` when no overlap is in effect.
- `created_at` (datetime, required)
- `updated_at` (datetime, required) — Last change to the endpoint row, including health bookkeeping, not only your edits.

### ErrorResponseError

The error object. Always has `code` and `message`.

- `code` (string, required) — Stable machine-readable error code (for example `VALIDATION_FAILED`, `PAYLOAD_TOO_LARGE`, `UNAUTHORIZED`, `FORBIDDEN`, `NOT_FOUND`, `BILLING_ERROR`, `COMPLIANCE_BLOCKED`, `RATE_LIMIT_EXCEEDED`, `INTERNAL_ERROR`). Switch on this, not on `message`. See [Errors](/errors).
- `message` (string, required) — Human-readable explanation. English or Spanish depending on the route; may change without notice.
- `details` (ErrorResponseErrorDetails, optional) — Present on `VALIDATION_FAILED` only. Its shape depends on how the route validates: * a field map, either Zod's `flatten()` output (`{ "formErrors": [], "fieldErrors": { "name": ["..."] } }`) or just its `fieldErrors` part (`{ "name": ["..."] }`); * an issue list, where each issue has at least `path`, `message` and `code`. `path` is a dot-separated string on routes that let the schema throw, and an array of keys on routes that forward Zod's raw issues (those also carry Zod's extra issue fields); * for a rejected multipart upload (file in an unexpected field, too many files), a list with the upload error `code` (for example `LIMIT_UNEXPECTED_FILE`) and the `field` name. Absent when the value was rejected outside the route's own validation: a malformed id, number or date the database could not read, or a JSON body that does not parse.
- `metadata` (map from string to any, optional) — Structured detail exposed for a small allowlist of codes only — for example `BILLING_ERROR` carries `limit`, `current` and `tier` (resource caps), `tier` alone (feature gates), or `tier` = `none` with `kind` = `subscription_required` when the workspace has no active subscription. See [Errors](/errors).

### WebhookFilters

Optional delivery filters, combined with AND and evaluated against the event's `data`. Keys are snake_case; any other key is rejected with `400`. Filters fail closed: if the event's `data` does not contain the filtered field (or it is `null`), the event is not delivered. The exception is `audit_actions`, which applies only to `audit.log_recorded` and is ignored for every other type. Events excluded by a filter never create a delivery and do not appear in the delivery log.

- `campaign_ids` (list of string, optional) — Deliver only events whose `data.campaign_id` is in this list (up to 50 UUIDs).
- `agent_ids` (list of string, optional) — Deliver only events whose `data.agent_id` is in this list (up to 50 UUIDs).
- `outcomes` (list of string, optional) — Deliver only events whose `data.outcome` is in this list (up to 20 values, 100 characters each).
- `min_sentiment` (double, optional) — Deliver only events whose `data.sentiment_score` is at least this value (-1 to 1). Unscored events (`null`) are not delivered.
- `audit_actions` (list of string, optional) — Only for `audit.log_recorded`: prefixes of `data.action`, combined with OR (for example `payments.`, or `FAILED_` for refused attempts only). Each prefix is tested against the action with and without its `FAILED_MUTATION:` / `FAILED_READ:` prefix. Ignored for every other type.
- `conditions` (list of WebhookFiltersConditionsItems, optional) — Custom conditions on `data`, up to 10. All must hold.

### ErrorResponseErrorDetails

Present on `VALIDATION_FAILED` only.

- Issue list: list of ErrorResponseErrorDetailsOneOf1Items

### WebhookFiltersConditionsItems

- `field` (string, required) — Dot path inside the event's `data`, for example `kpi_data.score`.
- `operator` (enum, required) — `eq`/`neq` compare for strict equality; `gt`/`lt`/`gte`/`lte` compare numbers only; `contains` tests a substring on strings only; `exists` checks that the field is present and not `null`.
  - Allowed values: `eq`, `neq`, `gt`, `lt`, `gte`, `lte`, `contains`, `exists`
- `value` (WebhookFiltersConditionsItemsValue, optional) — Value to compare with. Not used by `exists`.

### Field map

- `formErrors` (list of string, optional)
- `fieldErrors` (map from string to list of string, optional)

### ErrorResponseErrorDetailsOneOf1Items

- `path` (ErrorResponseErrorDetailsOneOf1ItemsPath, optional) — Dot-separated string, or an array of keys.
- `message` (string, optional)
- `code` (string, optional) — Zod issue code, for example `invalid_type`.

### WebhookFiltersConditionsItemsValue

Value to compare with. Not used by `exists`.

- string
- double
- boolean

### ErrorResponseErrorDetailsOneOf1ItemsPath

Dot-separated string, or an array of keys.

- string
- list of ErrorResponseErrorDetailsOneOf1ItemsPathOneOf1Items

### ErrorResponseErrorDetailsOneOf1ItemsPathOneOf1Items
